WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR PAVING TOOLS

1. The warranty covers a period of 24 months from the date of sale, provided that a paid inspection of the device is performed by the Manufacturer’s service after 12 months from the date of purchase. Failure by the Buyer to notify the device in writing of the aforementioned inspection results in a shortening of the warranty period to 12 months.

2. During the warranty period, the Buyer is entitled to free removal by the Seller of failures and damages resulting from defects in construction, assembly and materials.

3. Warranty repairs will be performed at the place of use, unless the type of damage requires repair at the Seller’s headquarters.

4. The Seller undertakes to remove defects and failures at its own expense in the shortest possible time, not longer than 14 days from the date of written notification to the Seller’s address.

5. The warranty is extended by the period of downtime and repair of the device.

6. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from operation not in accordance with the operating instructions and the intended use of the device.

7. The Seller reserves that during the warranty period all repairs are to be performed only by authorized service employees of the Seller.

8. The warranty does not cover:

damage resulting from use, storage and maintenance of the device not in accordance with the Operating Instructions, unauthorized repairs, alterations or changes to the construction and installation made by the user, use of spare parts other than those recommended by the Manufacturer; defects resulting from random events and other circumstances not related to the Manufacturer or Seller. Among others, deterioration of the aesthetics of the device as a result of the passage of time;
parts of the device that, when used in accordance with its intended purpose, in the conditions specified in the Operating Instructions, wear out in a shorter period, before the expiry of the guarantee, for example: actuators, caterpillar tracks.

9. The guarantee granted by the Guarantor does not cover liability for all damage to property or person, suffered or for which the person entitled to the guarantee is responsible, and resulting from defects in the goods found during the guarantee period.

10. The Guarantee Card without: the date of sale, the serial number of the device and the stamp and the signature of the Seller is invalid and is not a document authorizing free repairs.

11. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

12. Any disputes shall be submitted to the court competent for the Guarantor.
