Privacy policy

General Provisions

  1. The data controller is JAZON Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Białystok, ul. Wysockiego 164A, 15-167 Białystok, registered by the District Court in Białystok, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000024255, NIP: 966-14-02-585. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secure servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy shall apply (if it follows directly from the description).
  3. For the purposes of better understanding the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You,” “Administrator” – “We.” The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  5. Personal data provided in the form on www.jazon.com.pl is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
  2. We are also the administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    1. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and to properly implement the Services provided electronically,
    3. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
      1. performance of the contract of sale of products offered by JAZON Sp. z o.o. – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, until the termination of the contract;
      2. direct marketing – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of JAZON Sp. z o.o., until the termination of the contract or objection to data processing;
      3. financial and accounting – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. c) GDPR – processing is necessary to comply with legal provisions, including art. 74 of the Accounting Act, until the time required by the relevant tax law provisions;
      4. defense against claims and pursuit of claims – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of JAZON Sp. z o.o., until the expiry of the claim period in accordance with the Civil Code;
      5. handling complaint processes – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of JAZON Sp. z o.o., for a period of 5 years from the termination of the contract;
    4. In connection with the purposes referred to above, the recipients of personal data may be entities involved in the performance of contractual obligations by the administrator, e.g. IT service providers, courier, accounting, law firms.
  4. Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for the purposes of pursuing any claims before a court or if national or EU law or international law obliges us to retain data.
  7. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other data to authorized entities under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
  8. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or submitting a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The Service Provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under applicable law.
  10. We have implemented data encryption and have access control in place, which minimizes the effects of a possible data security breach.
  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we cooperate closely.
  12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (formerly GIODO).
